A. Absolutely and unequivocally Yes! People suffering from stress or stress related illnesses will often be recommended relaxation exercises by their GP. Reducing stress is probably one of the most important outcomes of relaxation through Guided meditation.
Q. Are there other benefits to Guided Mediation?
A. Yes, because the process of focussing on Meditation and guided visualisation helps us to become more focused and self aware. And when we learn how to become more positively focused on ourselves, we learn how to become more understanding and accepting of ourselves. As a result of this our self esteem improves and we learn to be much more at one with ourself.
Q. When is the best time to listen to these recordings?
A. Any time that suites you you best; morning, daytime, evening or last thing at night, all you need to do is make time for yourself. These recordings will help you to relax by taking you on gentle journeys of self discovery and the de-stressing effect will be helpful at any time that you're able to make time for yourself relax.
Q. When should't I listen to these recordings?

Well, obviously do NOT listen to these mediation and guided imagery recordings when you're driving any type of vehicle or operating any type of machinery - the deep relaxation means that you must close your eyes, so it goes without saying that you cannot be doing anything that requires you to stay alert or might put you in danger or risk of harm by closing your eyes and relaxing.
